Our Seven Steps to Success model enables Headteachers to overcome the self-doubt, worry, overwhelm and fear that so often accompanies them when the pressures of the role become too much.
Our model has developed over decades of work with hundreds of Headteachers. Through our work, we have distilled seven components that run across all our services for equipping Headteachers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to move beyond surviving to thriving in their roles.
By adopting the seven steps to success model, Headteachers can better nurture themselves; hence the curation of a better hope for future generations, fuelled the authentic expression of their unique vision and purpose.
Empower: Our services help Headteachers to use coaching strategically to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and staff development. They learn how to communicate the benefits of coaching effectively, inspiring stakeholders with a compelling vision.
Encourage: Headteachers are supported to overcome hesitations and fears in difficult conversations and dealing with challenging personalities. Coaching is emphasised to facilitate meaningful dialogue, support, and guidance for professional growth.
Exploration of Self: Individuals are supported to embark on a journey of self-examination, aligning personal values with the school's mission. This introspection empowers them to drive positive change and shape a better future for their school and community.
Empathic Accuracy: Individuals develop deep listening skills to understand others' needs and provide tailored coaching support.
Embracing Inclusivity: Participants explore creating an inclusive educational community, supported with resources to tackle this challenge effectively.
Envision: School leaders envision how coaching can transform their lives, relationships, and communities, equipped with transformative coaching tools to use both with themselves and others.
Engage in Action: Our work equips individuals with skills to help embed coaching into professional development and performance management processes, fostering a culture of coaching for positive change.
